Jo Maddocks | Chief Psychologist at PSI Talent Management
Jo's area of expertise is in developing and applying Emotional Intelligence in the workplace. He particularly enjoys creating new products and resources that help individuals, teams, and organisations to improve. Jo has been in charge of creating and developing tools such as the Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP), Team Emotional Intelligence Profile (TEIP), and the Leadership Climate Indicator (LCI).
Andrew is an experienced leadership coach, business consultant, and development facilitator. He works with clients across multiple industries and sectors to help people to feel more satisfied and effective in their work. His approach blends emotional intelligence, psychological insight, and first-hand business experience to help clients to recognise and manage those things which are holding them back and find their signature leadership style.
Miriam loves to explore how we make emotions, the chemical messengers we make, and how we are able to respond and adapt to our environment. Her corporate background is in HR and senior management, and she brings this perspective in helping understand and empathise with our clients.
